Single vineyard gimblett gravel fruit, expresses dark aromas of ripe black fruit, spice and jasmine, with rich boysenberry, blackberry, and dark chocolate flavours and a warm toasty finish. Great with warm smoky meat dishes, softer tannins also pair well with lean meats like chicken pork and lamb, even grilled fish, vegetarian and pasta dishes. A very versatile variety.
