Stoneleigh Rose Lighter

By capturing the naturally-early ripening characteristics of the rapaura sub-region appellation, this fantastic 25% lighter in alcohol rosé presents a full flavour profile.
The palate is light, fine and delicate, with yellow-fleshed plum and summer red berry fruit flavours. The nose is perfumed, with floral notes and wild strawberry nuances. This lightly fruited, beautifully balanced wine makes a perfect summer lunchtime aperitif. Best matched with pan-fried fresh fish or chargrilled chicken, with a mediterranean salad. Equally well-matched would be a vegetable stack with a side of feta, rocket and beetroot.
