Stoneleigh Wild Valley Rose

The ultimate expression of our minimal-intervention wine making philosophy, stoneleigh wild valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occur naturally in the rapaura environment. This delicate, rose-pink wine shows a riot of red fruit aromas. Strawberry, loganberry and redcurrant with cream. This is a dry style of rosé, crisp and refreshing, with more primary red fruits on the palate and a hint of spice. The ripe fruits lead through to a fresh, savoury finish and encapsulates summer in a glass, all year round.this wine will work brilliantly with bright, tangy flavours. Light seafood pasta such as crab and lemon linguine, or lightly spicy prawn pad thai noodles. Try with italian dishes such as ripe tomato bruschetta with rocket pesto, rich aubergine parmigiana or bring it to the bbq and pair with a steak and brie baguette.
