Packaging was lovely, I’m guessing the small size is a sampler? The website looks good, but $11 for 70gm is outrageous if that is the price. It is a very mild parmesan, I like my parmesan with a real kick

Really loved this parmesan as not hard it was a lot softer and easier to grate and a tasty addition to my bolognese. Would purchase again !
