Great substitute for grated cheese. Ideal for pizza, either as a topping or a filling for stuffed crusts or for pre-prepared meals such as lasagne and macaroni cheese.
Storage:
Store chilled 0-4°C or ambient ( <30°C and 65% humidity). Once opened, keep chilled and use within 10 days.
