Bright, red summer fruits with lifted floral notes followed through by a rich palate with dark cherry, raisens & a nutty savoury undertone. We have perfected a full flavoured wine. By slowing the grapes ability to produce sugar we have produced a sustainably grown, naturally lower alcohol wine. Its all done in the vneyard. No chemistry tricks or genetic engineering here. 9.5% alc vol,
