Serves 3-4. Ready in 2 minutes.
Washed and ready to enjoy, just toss all the components of the coleslaw kit together and enjoy, a sachet of dressing is included.
For a complete meal, try tossing some chopped, cooked chicken through this coleslaw, with or without peanuts (tofu also works well). This coleslaw is also great in a Banh mi style roll with meat and pate.
