these are amazing grilled with my homemade white cheese and semi dried tomatoes then of course drizzled with a bit more olive oil and cracked pepper and salt and fresh basil leaves

These are great put under the grill with some cheese (we love Bri), chopped spanish olives and a few garlic sprinkles. Other great toppings are preserved chargrilled red peppers and oily sundried tomatoes.
