I used these noodles in with my mince stew, these were a welcomed addition to our meal. So filling.

Was delicious as a replacement for our normal noodles with sauce and meatballs. Some members of the family did not appreciate the chewy texture but my daughter loved them!

as with the endemene noodles these cook very fast and can go gluggy so be careful not to over cook the other thing is the colour can transfer to the other items in the dish you are cooking it with so can make the dish look less then appertising

I loved these. Firstly, they look interesting being black but the nutty texture and high protein content with the versatility of the flavour – I had mine in place of spaghetti with pork meatballs- was a huge win for me. I would love to try the edamame flavour and would definitely love to purchase these soon as well as recommend them!
