I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet taste of fig and the hint of cardamom very enjoyable with some delicious cheeses

I liked the idea of ‘rescued grains’. Was not sure what the cardamom was going to taste like but it gives the crackers a sophisticated edge. They are great with soft or blue cheeses. Quite hard but I liked the crunch.

Tasty! I love the slightly burnt sugar flavour of these little crackers – a great foil to the tang of a strong cheese. Fantastic for grazing platters and I love the “upcylcing” 🙂

A nice addition to a platter. A bit chewy and I’m not a fan of anything with Figs at all but these were ok with a slice of camembert. Not a massive hit in the household though so probably will not purchase this particular flavour.

Used them on a cheese plater as suggested & we enjoyed them especially with Brie & Havarti.
Interesting flavour solo but not unpleasant.
I would get them again.
Great concept of upcycling.
