This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

Absolutely scrumptious. Loved it. Planned to make pizza but ended up eating with cheese and crackers. Could happily have eaten the pack in on sitting. Liked the sun dried tomato flavour.
