This is such a quick and easy breakfast option. It is filling and taste great with any topping or even plain for on the go. May favourite topping is fresh avo, feta and tomato and just a hint of balsamic vinegar. My mouth waters just thinking about it.

I have always been a fan of Vogels bread, anyway toasted or fresh. My old neighbour called in and I made us a ham salad sandwich with the Digestive well being bread. The sandwich was moist and tasty as well as being great for the body. She enjoyed the sandwich too. Would buy this product again.
