Saw these at Pak n save ,nice packaging convenient quantity. Baked them up for Saturday lunch, totally dissatisfied. The flavour was bland thank goodness for watties. The pastry was WRONG,hard and chewy no flavour. The texture was wrong It should be flaky melt in the mouth crumbs everywhere. Would never buy again the frozen Pam’s ones are way better.

It is hard to get a sausage roll that has both good pastry and a good sausage filling. Westies manages to get both spot on. The pastry is light without being too buttery. The sausage filling has a great texture and the flavour is just slightly spiced. The trayful does not last long with my family.
