We really like this, but it only got 4 stars because it was not a 100% hit with the family. We mixed it with milk and water to try it both ways. I thought it was good with water until I tried the milk version which was much nicer. The teenager liked it but would prefer to drink plain milk. The adults both enjoyed it and thought it was nicer than a normal pill form of vitamin. I’m thinking that it would be an excellent addition on a tramping trip – either hot as a drink or added to instant oats in the morning! Either way we plan to purchase more. The photo shows milk on the right and hot water on the left. It definitely mixed better with the hot liquid than cold.
