TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All photos entered into the competition must be the entrant’s original work. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright or moral rights, intellectual rights or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
2. To enter, entrants must submit a photo of their cat and caption of 25 words or less to [email protected]. Entries will not be accepted unless submitted through the proper channel.
3. Entries will be judged by Black Box Reviews. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to our stated contest rules.
4. Only one entry/photo may be submitted per person. 
5. By entering this contest, participants agree to grant Black Box Reviews and Hills Science Diet the right to use the photo in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media even if they are not the winning entries.
6. All photographs submitted must show respect to the animal’s integrity, and situations depicted in the photographs should not cause offense to pet and animal lovers, from a common sense per
7. This competition runs from August 4, 2020 to August 7, 2020. The winners will be announced on International Cat Day, August 8,2020.
8. The prize is non-transferrable, with no cash alternatives.
9. This competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

Winners will receive 1 of 5 Hill’s Premium Cat Hampers valued at RRP$150. Five runner-ups will also be drawn and will receive 1 carton of Hill’s Science Diet Adult Wet Food pouches each (RRP$31.20)
