I dont understand the complaints i enjoyed it a lot and would buy it again in fact i hope its still available are you sure these complaints aren’t written by their competion

Purchased different flavours and don’t recommend waste of money and the company do not get back as I emailed to tell them how the product was soft cones and icy.

What a terrible cone soft and chewy and the ice-cream only goes half way down the cone.

Had trouble getting the wrapper off, and like everyone else, the cones were terrible. These guys have no clue and won’t be around for long. Ice-cream wasn’t bad, didn’t taste a river of sugar like Tip Top, which I never buy. Big fail. Not buying again.
