With the piquant peppery taste of native Horopito and grass-fed NZ Beef, this slow-cooked Ragu is best accompanied by any type of pasta, like pappardelle, or fettuccine. Heat and serve with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh Italian Parsley leaves.
Alternatively, serve with fresh steamed broccolini, wilted spinach, creamy mashed potato, or even spooned on a hot baked potato with a dollop of sour cream to finish.

I wouldn’t normally buy a heat and eat meal (except for soup) but this was flavoursome and good to quickly add to rice or vegetables for lunch.
