Amazing surprise! I wouldn’t buy this crackers usually as I don’t like beetroots but my friends got them for a cheese and dip platter and I absolutely loved them! They do not taste earthy like beetroots but they are perfectly balanced with acidity and saltiness and a touch of sweetness, just the balance that makes you want more! It’s a little dangerous but quite healthy. I love them by themselves or with cheese, hummus and other dips.
