Patak’s Korma Paste is a mild spice blend that contains 10 expertly blended aromatic spices including turmeric, cumin, and fennel.
In just 25 minutes, you can create the most delicious curry. Perfect for the family as our paste allows for 3 to 4 serves in an easy, portionable single use format to avoid any wastage.
Simply fry onion. Sizzle the paste to release flavours and brown your meat or vegetables. Stir in coconut milk and cream and simmer until cooked through.
Contains no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.

I thought it was bland. I know kormas can be on the whole, especially when I’m used to spicier and more flavourful curries, but this needed so much extra adding to it to make it nice. I often make my own curry pastes or marinades and I can really tell the difference after using this.

This was very tasty. I added chilli paste for a bit more spice and substituted the cream for coconut cream as I am lactose intolerant. It was quite authentic tasting and I would have it again.

It is always nice to try something new when cooking and the paste was easy to use and although I like the taste it was a little to spicy for my Husband but we would buy it again.
