In just 25 minutes, you can create the most delicious curry. Perfect for the family as our paste allows for 3 to 4 serves in an easy, portionable single use format to avoid any wastage.
Simply fry onion. Sizzle the paste to release flavours and brown your meat or vegetables. Stir in coconut milk and cream and simmer until cooked through.

Loved it! I would probably adjust the recipe on the pack (too fatty – maybe yoghurt instead of thickened cream) and suggest adding a few green beans and baby spinach (which I did). The smell while cooking was divine and gave the impression that it was going to be very spicy (anxious!) but the finished meal was mild spice – good in my house but maybe different in others 🙂

We tend to ignore Pataks when we’re shopping because it feels more family oriented – so we’ve always thought it might be a bit bland. We were pleasantly surprised by it’s taste however, and would buy it again.
