It seems alright but haven’t had enough time to fully figure out if it works.

Would like to try for a longer time period as I didn’t see any noticeable change. Have relied on magnesium for a few years but it was good to try something new.
+ PROS: Easy to take.
Suitable for teenagers.
- CONS:Having to take 4 tablets a day. Wouldn't take long to get through a packet.

Seems like a good product but was unable to try due to interactions with prescribed medications
My Garmin sleep score increased. It didn’t help with duration but I got more REM and deep sleep every time I took this, but need more data/try more before it becomes a staple in my household.
+ PROS: I struggle taking tablets and them being sugar coated helped a lot.
I'm vegetarian and I was happy to see they had no meat products in it.
- CONS:The amount you had to take for sleep. 4 tablets total and the 1 hour between the doses.
