I’ve been really happy with Remifemin Sleep Tablets. I find they help me relax and settle at night, and I’ve noticed I’m able to get to sleep more easily and have a more restful night. I like that they’re a natural, non-hormonal option rather than a stronger sleeping medication.
I wouldn’t say they’re an instant fix, and I think they work better when taken consistently rather than expecting an immediate result. Overall I’ve found them helpful and would definitely consider using them again. Four stars from me! 🌙
