Tatua Cheese Sauce is a premium, ready to use cheese sauce with a creamy, silky smooth consistency and a tasty cheddar flavour. Perfect for use in baking, pies and sauces. Great substitute for grated cheese. Ideal for pizza, either as a topping or a filling for stuffed crusts or for pre-prepared meals such as lasagne and macaroni cheese.
Storage:
Store chilled 0-4°C or ambient ( <30°C and 65% humidity). Once opened, keep chilled and use within 10 days.

Pleasantly surprised by this sauce – I would never usually buy a packaged cheese sauce as would expect flavour to be artificial, but this one was lovely and creamy. We used half one night with some vegetables and the rest another night for a quick potato and leek gratin.
