This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I am a salami fan from way back, Verkerks is one of my favours and I tend to buy this brand every time. I like the gouda one but the sundried was new to me. The taste is outstanding and is so good with just a slice of cheese or a cracker.
