This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

The garlic is a good blend not to over powering.works well as a snack or part of a platter .great colour adds to experience .a definite add to the shopping list .only lasted 4 days till all eaten so cant comment on how long it lasts in fridge.

All Verkerks stuff is so delicious! I always buy the Chubs because I’m too cheap to buy the pre-cut thing. So when I got this in a BlackBox it was amazing… I made meat chips by oven grilling the salami and had on-hand meat snacks all day!
