This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

When I saw black, I thought it was something to do with black pudding so it put me off initially. When I tasted it though, I thought it was really nice. Usually just buy the mini salami sticks for school lunches though…

When I first saw it I thought it looked quite fatty but was presently surprised it tasted amazing garlic was not over powering & with sundried tomato it was such a flavoursome combination will definitely put on shopping list
