This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

We were a bit apprehensive about it but put it in a salad and loved it. It was tasty and not as ‘fatty’ as our usual one (the dutch salami).

We really enjoyed this product. We normally purchase the green packet salami for everyday use. The black garlic salami gives an impression of being a more upmarket, high end product and we would use it to place on platter boards for entertaining if we wanted a ‘nicer’ salami
