This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

WE LOVED it. I was disappointed that I could not get it in my online Countdown shopping though. Our local is Lincoln Road, Auckland store. Hoping to be able to get it in the future from here PLEASE.
