I love crumpets but I have always done them sweet, golden syrup or jam. This time I used them to make mini pizzas and they were so good!
Just toasted them up and added tomato sauce and cheese and chuck in the oven under grill till the cheese was melted. My 3.5 year old loved them!

A household favourite, and a perfect treat for the long weekend as we tend to top with butter and golden syrup. Lovely texture, pretty long-lasting if kept in the fridge once opened (although one packet never lasts very long for us), great taste. Would love to see a 10-pack option!
