Lovely soft buns which can be crunch on the outside. I was unsure re Brioche buns, but have found these so nice to eat.

+ PROS: You can serve with a savoury or sweet topping. I prefer savoury.
- CONS: Expensive, so would only buy for a special treat.

Perfect slightly grilled in the airfrier. The sweetness lended itself to the bought cooked chicken, sweet Kasundi chutney, mayonnaise and lettuce.
