Serves 3-4. Ready in 2 minutes.
Washed and ready to enjoy, just toss all the components of the coleslaw kit together and enjoy, a sachet of dressing is included.
For a complete meal, try tossing some chopped, cooked chicken through this coleslaw, with or without peanuts (tofu also works well). This coleslaw is also great in a Banh mi style roll with meat and pate.

Convenient but found the vegetables too thickly cut. The sauce from the Vietnamese mix was spicy even when only half was used so keep this in mind if you don’t like things hot.

Really tasty with a punchy dressing and lots of great textures in the slaw. I served this with grilled marinated pork shoulder chops – and next time I’ll try adding it to summer rolls, as I think it could word pretty well there too.
