Ingredients
For the dough:
1 1⁄2 tbsp salted butter, melted
64g all-purpose flour
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsps granulated sugar
3 tbsps milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
For the filling:
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
For the glaze
43g confectioners sugar
1 tbsp milk or heavy cream
Cooking Method
Preparing the dough:

In a bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter and stir until combined.

Once the dough forms, drop onto a clean and slightly floured surface.

Flatten the dough into a rectangle using your hands.
Preparing the filling:

Melt the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon for about 60 seconds in the microwave. Stir until well combined.
Assembling the roll:

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a rectangle, just long enough to fit into your cup.

Pour the filling over the rectangle and roll up into a cinnamon roll shape.

Grease your mug with some butter or a non-stick spray. Place the roll into mug and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds on HIGH.

If the dough appears slightly wet on top, place it back in the microwave to heat for a few more seconds (10 second increments is best). You want the dough to appear dry, you can also test with a toothpick.
Preparing the glaze:

In a bowl, stir confectioners sugar and milk together until smooth.

Pour the mixture over your warm cinnamon roll in the mug or transfer it onto a plate and top it with the glaze. Enjoy!
