[CLOSED] Ivory Coat Pet Food: Submit a Photo

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All photos entered into the competition must be the entrant’s original work. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright or moral rights, intellectual rights or rights of privacy of any entity or person.

2. To enter, entrants must submit a photo of their pet cat or dog using the form on blackboxreviews.co.nz. Entries will not be accepted unless submitted through the proper channel.

3. Entries will be judged by Sample Co Ltd (Black Box Reviews New Zealand). We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to our stated contest rules.

4. Only one entry/photo may be submitted per person.

5. By entering this contest, participants agree to grant Black Box Reviews and Ivory Coat Pet Food the right to use the photo in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media even if they are not the winning entries.

6. All photographs submitted must show respect to the animal’s integrity, and situations
depicted in the photographs should not cause offense to pet and animal lovers, from a common sense perspective.

7. This competition will commence on September 15, 2020 until October 2, 2020. The winners will be announced the following Monday, 5th October 2020.

8. Winners will receive 1 of 10 Ivory Coat prize packs valued at over RRP$100 each. The products in the photo are for visual purposes only. The contents of the prize pack may vary.

9. There is no cash or other alternative prize exchangeable for any of the prizes in whole or in part. In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, Black Box Reviews and Ivory Coat Pet Food may at its sole discretion substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of circumstances outside of the company’s control including if the competition is cancelled, the prizes will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.

10. This competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

11. Winners will receive an e-mail confirming they are the winner of this giveaway. Failure to respond within 14 working days upon the initial e-mail will be grounds for disqualification.

12. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants that do not meet any of the criteria listed above.
