This soft and chewy giant Nutella cookies is a fun and indulgent dessert everyone will love!

Ingredients
- 280g of melted butter (1 1⁄4 cup)
- 200g brown sugar ( 1 cup)
- 100g white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 330g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 100g cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2-3 tablespoons Nutella Hazelnut spread

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix until light and fluffy.

Add in vanilla extract and eggs. Whisk together until combined.

Mix in flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt until the mixture forms a dough.

Add in chocolate chips and a heaping tablespoon of Nutella and mix until combined.

Separate the cookie dough mixture into two and form into a ball. Make hole in the middle of each dough, big enough to fit a dollop of Nutella.

Seal the cookie by pressing the edges together and forming a ball. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
