3-Ingredient TikTok Cloud Bread
After rising in popularity on Pinterest way back in 2016, the Cloud Bread is making a big comeback as fans on TikTok recreate this fluffy and yummy bread! The best part is you can customize it by adding chocolate drops, chopped nuts and more!

Ingredients
Sweet cloud bread:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 30g white sugar
- 10g cornflour (cornstarch)
- Optional: Vanilla extract, food colouring
Method
Preheat oven to 150°C.
In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
Add in sugar and cornflour. Keep whisking until the mixture appears thicker and forms very stiff peaks. Set aside.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the mixture into your desired shape. If you’re making small dollops, make sure you space it out evenly on the tray.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until it’s risen and golden in colour.
Allow to cool for atleast an hour before serving.

- For the perfect Cloud Bread everytime, make sure your bowl and mixer are clean and free of any oil or grease.
- To ensure your bread is extra fluffy, whisk the mixture for more than 20 minutes!
