Filling Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk (or soy, almond or oat milk)
- ½ cup Greek or unsweetened plain yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- ½ cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc.)
- 1 sachet of Harraways Oat-activ
- 3 ice cubes
- For extra protein – add 2 tablespoons of protein powder
Method

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
