No-Knead 3-Ingredient Beer Bread
This no-knead beer bread is the easiest way to make homemade bread. With just three simple ingredients, this recipe is beloved by bakers everywhere and makes a moist, chewy and nicely dense bread.

Ingredients
- 340g self-rising flour
- 64g sugar
- 12oz beer (this recipe uses Pilsner, however the author shared that using your favourite beer is perfectly fine too)
Preparing the spices

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Spray a 9 by 5 inch bread pan with cooking spray.

Gently mix together the flour, sugar, and beer until it is throughly combined. The batter will be thick.

Pour the batter into the bread pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let sit for five minutes in the pan, remove and let cool completely before slicing.

Simple and tasty! with so many options to really make it your own. I added my favorite herbs to it and had it with pumpkin soup, my daughter was a big fan!
Beer bread is amazingly delicious and so simple to make. It’s super tasty too. The added bonus is you can enjoy experimenting with different beers to get different flavours. One of our favourites was made with a very strong % blonde beer. Highly recommended to give it a try and enjoy 🙂
