Obela Roast Tomato and Feta Devilled Eggs

Cooking Method

Place eggs in the bottom of the pot, fill with cold water and boil until eggs are hard-boiled, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain eggs and set aside to cool. Once cooled, peel eggs.

Cut the eggs in half and carefully pop out yolk into a bowl and mash with a fork.

Add Obela dip and mayonnaise to the eggs yolks and stir until combined well.

Spoon or pipe mix into egg white halves.

Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
