Open Breakfast Sandwich with Double Cream Brie and Apricots

Ingredients
- 2 fresh apricots or 1 ripe and sweet nectarine
- 1 Castello® Double Cream Brie
- 1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 slice of white bread
Method

Toast the bread.

Roast the hazelnuts in a pan.

Cut slices of Castello® Double Cream Brie.

Top the bread with all the ingredients, serve with a creamy latte.
