Sweet Moonlight Cocktail
London dry gin, sweet vermouth, orange curacao and a dash of bitters. Topped up with Schweppes 1783 Quenching Cucumber Tonic Water and fruitily decorated with cucumber, mint and strawberries.

Ingredients
- 20ml London dry gin
- 20ml orange curaçao
- 20ml sweet vermouth
- 1 dash bitters
- 60ml Schweppes 1783 Quenching Cucumber Tonic Water
- Garnish: cucumber, mint and strawberries
Method

Take a highball glass and fill it with ice.

Add gin, orange curacao, sweet vermouth and bitters. Stir well.

Top up with Schweppes 1783 Quenching Cucumber Tonic Water.

To garnish: drop the sliced cucumber, mint and strawberries into the glass.
