Vista Moscow Mule

Ingredients
- 45 ml vodka
- 120 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ can of Vista Sparkling Water – Lemon
- Lime slice to garnish

Add the vodka, lime juice and ginger to a copper mug and stir to combine.

Add ice to the glass and stir to mix.

Top with Lemon Vista.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
The classic Moscow Mule marries vodka with ginger beer and lime juice.
Sadly, most ginger beers are chock-a-block with sugar and other nasties. But you don’t need to ditch the mule, as we’ve crafted a tasty wee concoction that swaps the ginger beer for freshly grated ginger and Lemon Vista.
