Amaze Balls and Beetroot Dip

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 350g Amaze Balls Beetroot, Kumara & Kiwi Quinoa
- Fresh coriander to garnish
Beetroot dip:
- 2 small cooked beetroot, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method

Mix all dip ingredients together. Ideally chill for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan on medium heat, add a little oil and cook Amaze Balls until caramelised on the outside and heated through.

Serve with beetroot dip and garnish with fresh coriander.

I’m not a vegetarian, however I thought they were nice.
Yummy yummy , I had with almond and garlic yogurt , topped with sauerkraut – fantastic
These were really delicious with a natural yogurt dressing. Never tried anything like these before
