Asparagus & Feta Quiche
This Asparagus & Feta Quiche is a delicious brunch recipe that can be enjoyed for lunch and dinner too!

Ingredients
- 1 Farrah’s Garlic Butter Wrap
- 6 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Tin of asparagus
- Feta Cheese
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

In a bowl, mix eggs with milk and salt. Season with pepper.

Line a non-stick tin with Farrah’s Garlic Butter wrap. This will serve as the crust for the quiche,

Drain the asparagus and place them on the bottom of the wrap.

Pour over the egg mixture, making sure it is evenly spread.

Crumble over some feta cheese on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
