Cadbury Caramilk Bliss Balls

Ingredients
- 1 block of Cadbury Caramilk Chocolate 190g
- 1x tin of condensed milk (395g)
- 1 packet of plain biscuits (250g)
- 80g coconut ( + extra to roll balls in)
Method

Turn your slow cooker on high (lid off). Break up the chocolate and put into the slow cooker to melt.

While you wait for chocolate to melt, crush your biscuits. One way is to use a ziplock bag and rolling pin.

Once chocolate is all melted turn off slow cooker and add everything else. Mix together well and roll into balls, and then roll into the extra coconut.

Leave to set in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours or until set.

Such as easy recipe, melted chocolate in microwave which made it even quicker to make. Absolutely delicious!!!! Will be making these again!!
I made these without the slow cooker and oh my they are very good. Chocolate was melted in about 2-3minutes so did over the stove.
Why do you need a slow cooker ?
Seems a bit OTT to me ??
Just wondering why on earth you would waste power firing up a slow cooker to melt some chocolate? Why not just melt it the normal way on the stove or in a microwave?
