Marinated in Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli sauce, this super crispy and juicy chicken burger is easy to make and packs a punch of flavour!

Ingredients
- 500g chicken thigh fillets, halved
- 1 cup Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli, plus extra to serve
- 2 cups cornflake crumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 4 brioche buns, split, grilled
- 200g bag coleslaw mix
Cooking Method

In a large bowl combine chicken and Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli, using hands to coat chicken well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.

Preheat oven 190°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

In a shallow dish, combine crumbs with spices. Toss chicken in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange in a single layer on tray and spray with oil.

Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden. Cool on tray.

Serve chicken warm or cold, in a brioche bun, with slaw mixed with extra Aioli.
