The Apple Press Whiskey Maple Jazz

Cinnamon Infused Jazz Apple Juice
- 1 x 350ml The Apple Press Jazz Apple Juice
- 2 x cinnamon sticks
Cocktail Ingredients
- 200ml Whiskey
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 4-6 teaspoons of pure maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup of cinnamon infused Jazz Apple Juice
- Apple peel and Oven dried Lemon to garnish
- Ice (we used frozen Jazz Apple Juice to make our ice cubes)
Method

Put 2 cinnamon sticks into you bottle of Apple Juice to infuse overnight.

Fill glasses and shaker with ice. To shaker, add whiskey, lemon, maple syrup and infused Apple Juice and shake well.

Tuck apple peel in glass and strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with oven dried lemon.
Tips:
To make oven-dried lemon; slice no thicker than 1cm and lay flat on a lined baking tray. Bake at 100 degrees for 30-60 minutes (keep a watch on them to ensure they don’t burn).
