Ingredients
- 100 g Dairyworks Garlic & Sea Salt Finishing Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as basil or oregano
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into about 8 pieces each
Cooking Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix melted garlic butter with olive oil.

On a plate, combine the bread crumbs with the parmesan and basil.

For each piece of chicken, dip or brush it with the garlic butter mix, then coat well with the breadcrumbs.

Place in a roasting dish, and top with any remaining butter and crumbs.

Bake for 25 mins until cooked. To brown the chicken, set your oven on grill and leave until the crust turns into a golden brown colour.
